Late Fee: A $100 late fee will be applied to all registration forms received after Monday, July 13, 2015.
Guest Policy: Registration fees include admission for the REGISTRANT ONLY to the educational seminars, breakfast and lunch. Spouses and other guests will be honored during the evening hospitalities on Friday and Saturday at no additional cost to the registrant.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and/or changes in registration or participation in all or any portion of the meeting must be received at GSA headquarters by Monday, July 13, 2015, to qualify for refund. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for changes received at GSA headquarters after Monday, July 13. The cancellation policy and late registration fee will be strictly enforced.
