GSA conducts two major educational/governance meetings each year. Exhibitors enjoy remarkable access to existing and potential customers at each meeting. The GSA operates on limited financial resources. Contributions by companies such as yours significantly impact the quality of continuing medical education we can provide to our members and guests. Exhibitors may contribute to GSA by making an unrestricted educational grant or by providing extraordinary vendor support.
Unrestricted Educational Grant Unrestricted educational grants defray costs of the CME portion of GSA meetings. All commercial support for the CME portion of the meeting will be announced frequently during the educational segments from the podium and featured in the syllabus.
National policies and procedures adopted by the American Medical Association, the Accreditation adopted Council for CME and the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association have been endorsed by GSA.
Extraordinary Vendor Support Extraordinary vendor support supplements the cost of entertainment and recreational events at GSA meetings. With a minimum $500 contribution, exhibitors may support the reception or breakfast of their choice.
Extraordinary vendor supporters receive recognition from the podium during educational segments, as well as on signage located throughout the conference and prominently supported events.
Companies that make unrestricted educational grants or lend extraordinary vendor support must complete the Letter of Agreement which can be faxed to 404-249-8831 or emailed to email@example.com.
