Exhibit at a GSA semi-annual meeting

GSA conducts two major educational/governance meetings each year. Exhibitors enjoy remarkable access to existing and potential customers at each meeting.  The decision makers at anesthesia practices throughout Georgia attend the semi-annual meetings.  The following benefits are representative of the opportunities for exhibitors:

  • Attendance ranging between 100 and 115 anesthesiologists, residents, and AAs
  • Ample time to network at all breakfasts, breaks, and family-friendly social events
  • Breaks are conducted in the exhibit hall
  • Exhibitor & Attendee Golf Tournament (summer meeting only)
  • Exhibitor fee includes 6 foot table top for display, seating, access to electricity, and tickets to receptions/breakfasts

The 2017 GSA Winter Forum will be held February 3-5, 2017 at the Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter in Atlanta, GA.

Saturday – Exhibitor set up – 6:00-6:30am
Saturday – Exhibitor breakfast with the attendees – 6:30 – 7:20am
Saturday – Exhibitor break with attendees – 9:30-10:00am
Saturday – Exhibitor break with attendees – 1:30-2:00pm (can wrap up after this)
*There are no educational lectures on Sunday/no exhibitor breaks
